Our online consultation system allows you to share your health concerns and symptoms directly with our medical team. Simply complete the online form with detailed information about your condition or query. Our doctors will carefully review your submission to determine the most appropriate care for you.
eConsultThe service is open to everyone – no login or registration required. After reviewing your eConsult, our GP will arrange the most suitable care pathway for you. This might include:
- Sending a prescription to your nominated pharmacy
- Scheduling a telephone consultation
- Booking a face-to-face appointment with the most appropriate healthcare professional, which could be:
- A GP
- A Nurse Practitioner
- A Physician Associate
- A Pharmacist
- A Musculoskeletal Practitioner (First Contact Practitioner)
This service helps us provide more efficient, targeted care whilst saving you time and unnecessary visits to the surgery, allowing you to submit your health concerns at a time that suits you.
